We will take a look at the document, and give you an accurate
quote of what the translation will cost and how long it will take.
For non-traditional formats (multimedia presentations, A/V materials,
editorial contents, etc.), we will provide you with a detailed
step-by-step schedule and outline the implicit costs clearly.
As soon as you accept the cost (via e-mail), we will begin working
on it. Payment options vary depending on our business relationship,
and will be discussed on a per translation case, in order to provide
you with an payment option which is mutually beneficial.
As soon as the translation is finished, and depending on payment
agreement, we will send you the translation, or post it on a special
URL for you to download it.
Translations in formats such as Video or CD, will be sent via
courrier, or uploaded (depending on size).
Web site translations involving design and programming of the
new site will be uploaded on a temporary URL for approval before
being posted on the customer’s public site, or being sent to the
party in charge of posting it.
